Suzanne Besse was born in Connecticut and spent most of her life in the Northeast. Suzanne moved to Florida in 1986 to assume the role of Associate Publisher for the newly-acquired property of CPS Communications the Pharmaceutical Marketers Directory. She has managed the ever-changing PMD to the quality branded publication it is today. Making a total career switch from the private non-profit sector Suzanne brought strong project management and sales skills from her position as Human Resource Director. Suzanne directed the HR function for 250 staff, 13 locations and worked with community and agency directors on fundraising projects.

Anne Gideon brings many parts of the PMD together as Production Manager. She could be described as the "organizational backbone" overseeing smooth sailing for all information updates, data entry, proofreading, and advertising materials. Anne started with the PMD full-time in 1998 after college where she majored in business management and worked in PMD production part-time while attending school.

Susan El-Sheikh joined CPS Communications part-time in 1999 and was welcomed quickly as a permanent member of the PMD team. As Production Assistant, Susan brings her sunny disposition and dependable determination to make her personal contribution to each edition of the PMD. Behind the scenes Susan researches new information and insures the integrity of PMD information in our database and in print. She is also the person to call when you need information or a subscription to our directory. Prior to the PMD, she tried her hand as an entrepreneur in the restaurant business and worked on Wall Street for several years as a compliance analyst for Goldman Sachs.
